Doug Zipes, author of The Black Widows

Doug Zipes graduated from Dartmouth College, Harvard Medical School and Duke University Medical Center and has served as president of the American College of Cardiology and the Heart Rhythm Society. Currently, he resides in the Indianapolis area and is a distinguished professor of medicine at Indiana University School of Medicine. The author of hundreds of published articles and numerous books, Zipes also devotes his time as editor-in-chief of the office journal of the Heart Rhythm Society.
